Equity Shift in Last 12 Years

NEW WASHINGTON, Ohio (May 7, 2008) — Seventy-one-year-old seating and trim manufacturer C.E. White announced a team of company management and Austin Capital Partners purchased remaining company shares from previous owner Kibler Street Investments.

The deal closed on May 1.

The company changed hands again in April of 2002 when Kibler Street Investments came on the scene. Bob Knapp, C.E. White’s vice president of marketing, joins company President Tony Everett and Steve Frazee, director of commercial products and OEM development, on the ownership team.
