The Association internationale pour la securite du transport des jeunes in its spring newsletter discussed bus accidents around the world and whether or not they could have been prevented. “Could these accidents have at all been avoided if there had been better education or more safety awareness measures put in place, or at least have been available for the drivers to whom we entrust this type of heavy duty vehicle, or for the other road users?”
