NAPT Approves 10th Seat on Board |

National Association for Pupil Transportation members approved an amendment to the by-laws that creates a 10th seat on the NAPT Board specifically for an affiliate member of the association. The position will be filled via election this November among NAPT affiliate members, each of which will have two votes. The affiliate member directorship is a two-year term, and an individual may serve a maximum of three terms of office, which may be served consecutively. NAPT also made available at www.napt.org its Professional Development Series registration form for classes in Louisville, Ky. Seating is limited. Registration is still open for NAPT’s 35th Annual Conference and Trade Show, also in Louisville from Oct. 31 through Nov. 5, 2009.
