ACT Compliance Announces Name Change to ‘FLEETSERV’

FONTANA, Calif. — ACT Compliance, headquartered here, is changing its company name to “FleetServ” to reflect the organization’s expanded emission compliance capabilities and expansion beyond compliance into much broader fleet management services and products.

The company recently introduced substantively upgraded products and services in the areas of emissions compliance strategies, emissions testing, vehicle emissions retrofits and emissions device maintenance.

A next phase of new and improved capabilities is currently underway. Details will be announced soon.

ACT Compliance, now FleetServ, was created in 2008 by Michael Schwartz, President, to help customers navigate, understand and comply with new California Air Resources Board regulations. He says his company’s expansion into broader areas of fleet management also stems from customers encouraging him to fill a void.

“Our sincere interest in helping customers combined with careful review and selection of products and services enabled us to earn trust in our intentions and abilities,” said Schwartz. “Through these close relationships with customers, we then identified the opportunity to become further involved in their success. The newFleetServ name communicates our much larger resources and deeper commitment to serving the market with sensible, forward-thinking solutions.”

A new web site for FleetServ currently in development. In the meantime, further information is available by calling 1-888-315-4228.
