Sixteen teams demonstrated correct technique in pre-checks, child restraints, wheelchair securement, student management, driving skills and evacuation in the 2018 TSD Conference Roadeo, which was presented by School Transportation News and wheelchair securement supplier Q’Straint/Sure-Lok and co-sponsored by ALC, BESI, Inc., IC Bus, REI and Ricon.
We’ve officially launched registration for the 2018 TSD Roadeo competition! The Roadeo will take place Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Frisco ISD, held in conjunction with the TSD Conference & Trade Show. This friendly competition welcomes contestants from across the United States. The entry fee is $100.

Three school bus drivers were crowned over the weekend as division winners of the International Safety Competition held in Indianapolis.
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The National School Transportation Association (NSTA) will host the 47th Annual School Bus Driver International Safety Competition on July 16, 2017, at Hamilton Southeastern Schools in Fishers, Indiana. This event is being held in conjunction with NSTA’s 53rd Annual Meeting & Convention.
