Fleet maintenance has a far greater impact on transportation than its proprtional costs would indicate. The use of data and performance indicators can greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance services and transportation performance. Identifying a reasonable array of highly valuable metrics, evaluating the data requirements necessary to assess the operation and understanding how to interpret the data will be addressed in the session.
