Almost a week after a tragic multi-car collision that took the life of a 15-year-old student, the Missouri State Highway Patrol releases its preliminary findings online.
According to the document, after the 2007 GMC Sierra and 2007 Volvo tractor trailer initially collided, it was the inattentiveness of the driver of the first school bus which caused it to collided with the two vehicles. "Driver 4," the second school bus involved, was following too closely and struck the rear of the first school bus.
