Both national associations are looking to fill some workshop spots with the help of industry professionals for upcoming annual meetings in Cincinnati.
Starting earlier this year, the National Association for Pupil Transportation began accepting proposals for workshops or demonstrations for the 37th Annual Annual Conference and Trade Show, which has come to be know as the NAPT Summit. The event will be held Oct. 22-27, 2011, at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati.
The National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Services has also announced that it is currently accepting proposals for its annual event, which will take place Oct. 21-24 at the same facility.
"We’re working to make this year’s conference better than ever," wrote NASDPTS President-Elect Max Christensen, the state director of Iowa.
