Many small business across the country have another year before they can use the federal government's troubled new health insurance website to select new plans for employees after the Obama Administration announced prior to Thanksgiving another delay in implementing online enrollment.

Those businesses in the 36 states that allow the federal government to run the Small Business Health Options Program, an insurance exchange to help business with 50 or fewer full-time employees shop for group health plans. The National School Transportation Association advised its school bus company members that they can beging shopping this month, even though they will not be able to sign up their employees for coverage until next November.
