Cummins Engine Executive Steve Charlton Retiring; Replacement Named PDF Print E-mail

Cummins Inc. announced today that Steve Charlton, vice president and chief technical officer of engine business, will retire at the end of this month. The company also announced that Jennifer Rumsey will step in as Charlton’s successor.

Bill Advances to Reinstate Employee Protections for New York City School Bus Drivers PDF Print E-mail

On Wednesday, the New York Assembly showed wide support for a bill (A.9499) that would require all student transportation contracts in cities of at least one million to include employee protection provisions (EPPs), passing it in a 119-17 vote and sending it to the Senate.
