|Customers Take Center Stage as Double Coin Launches New Advertising Campaign|

Double Coin Holdings, Ltd., introduced a new advertising campaign this week that focuses on real-world testimonials from fleet managers and tire dealers across the country. The ads focus on the benefits of using Double Coin tires – high quality, retreadabilty, product line diversity and the ease of doing business with Double Coin.
Market share for Double Coin has increased in the North American market since 2008, when the “Smart Money is on Double Coin” campaign was developed by Fathom Communications, Chicago. This suggests that fleet managers and tire dealers realize that Double Coin products are a value alternative, as well as a cost alternative to more expensive national brands.
Aaron Murphy, Vice President of CMA, attributes Double Coin’s market growth to strategic investments in technology, supplier relationships and customer programs.
“We’ve found that more and more fleet managers and dealers are putting their money on Double Coin,” said Murphy. “This is without doubt a result of our commitment to product innovation, distribution and customer service.”
Continuing its drive to maximize quality, Double Coin recently became the first China-headquartered tire manufacturer to have a commercial truck tire (the FT105) added to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) SmartWaySM list of verified technologies. They have also introduced a number of new TBR products to service specific application needs for the North American market, as well as enhancing existing products to improve quality and performance.
To provide easier access for users, Double Coin now has over 900 service points in the United States, with an additional 300+ locations available within Canada and Mexico. Double Coin has also partnered with Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores.
To make doing business even easier, Double Coin has introduced several programs to assist fleets and dealers. Its National Account program allows fleets to have standardized practices for products and services across North America. The Government Net Price program allows dealers to work with federal, state and local governments and municipalities by offering a published manufacturer-endorsed program.
The new testimonial campaign will consist of both print and online advertising throughout the year, negotiated by Artime Group out of Pasadena, California.
