NEW ORLEANS – Apple Bus Company has been awarded a three year contract to provide the student transportation service for FirstLine Schools, beginning with the 2013-14 school year.

This will be Apple Bus Company's first contract in Louisiana. Reid Oyster, vice president of Apple Bus Company, said "Louisiana is a market we have been interested in for quite some time and we are excited to begin transporting students in the coming school year. FirstLine Schools aligns with Apple's philosophies and organization and we look forward to working with them."

Apple Bus Company will operate approximately 90 school buses for this new contract.
