The event, which features a public symposium and an alternative fuel technology display, will explore the driving forces, such as high gasoline prices, increased consumer and corporate environmental awareness and the emergence of new technology that have created a "perfect storm" for alternative fuel vehicles.

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif./HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Fujitsu Frontech North America Inc. announced that it has teamed up with T&W Operations, Inc. to develop the Kidtrack system. The Kidtrack system employs Fujitsu's PalmEntry Physical Access Control system installed in school buses to track the location of children during transit before and after school.

KiOR Ships First Cellulosic Diesel PDF Print E-mail

PASADENA, Texas — KiOR, Inc. announced the initial shipments of cellulosic diesel from its first commercial-scale facility in Columbus, Miss. Unlike traditional biofuels like ethanol or biodiesel, KiOR's fuels have no compatibility issues.
