In an effort to tip the scales in the industry's favor, the National School Transportation Association
(NSTA) is calling out to its members to comment on the FTA's notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) that would further define exclusive school bus service, eliminate the term “tripper service,” and, in the end, require transit agencies to only provide the service in certain approved circumstances.
