Transportation Collaborative, Inc., filed a recall notice last week with NHTSA to address certain model year 2009 Rondak4F+9 Trans Tech school buses that fail to meet FMVSS 210 "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." The potential number of units affected was unavailable. TCI said the recall focuses on incorrect pedestal-to-floor anchor bolts and washers. This could result in the seat pedestal coming loose and injuring an occupant during a vehicle crash. This month, owners were expected to receive repair kits and instructions from TCI free of charge. |
