New Final Rule on Charter Bus Service in Effect

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 6, 2008) — Among changes are clarification of what constitutes legal charter service by public transit, electronic registration of private providers and more detailed complaint, hearing and appeal procedures.

Obtain or renew certification in child and adult first aid and CPR and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) during 15th Annual School Bus Conference and EXPO held on July 26 and 27.
