• Lazaro & Noel's primary mission is to provide safety and security based training, technical assistance, and consultation services to private sector businesses, government agencies, non-profit corporations, public and private transportation providers, and school systems.
  
• Mr. Lazaro is a nationally recognized and respected leader in the field of transit safety and security. He is the author of the "School Bus Driver Security Training" program which was widely distributed via the Internet by the New Mexico Education Department. Mr. Lazaro has since revised and updated that original program.
