  • Arizona Attorney General: An opinion by the Arizona Attorney General that grants free use of small vans of ten passengers or less, to the operators of an estimated 500 preschools in the state.

  •  Nevada Attorney General: An opinion regarding numerous issues raised by private and public schools within Nevada concerning the use of passenger vans designed to carry 11 to 15 persons to transport pupils for school-related activities.
  •  South Dakota Attorney General Ruling: Unofficial opinion by South Dakota Attorney General about the use of vans with a capacity of 12-15 passengers for the purpose of transporting public school students to various school activities in South Dakota. Issued June 2, 1998.
