Sales in the last three quarters are highest in company history

ALBANY, N.Y. (Oct. 3, 2005) -VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. announced today that it has set a new company record for sales volume in its fiscal year 2005. The company added 97 new clients to their roster and sales were up substantially in ancillary products and services.

"We can attribute our success in large measure to the consistency of our sales efforts and our strong customer reference base," comments Michael Wallace, Vice President of Sales of VersaTrans. "Of course, it also helps to be backed up by Versatrans' industry-leading products."

VersaTrans Solutions now serves nearly 1,150 clients in 44 States and 5 Canadian provinces. Sales of the company's flagship routing product remain strong with an installed base of nearly 850 users. Sales were up by more than 150% for VersaTrans Solutions' other products including maintenance, transportation and field trip software. Revenues from consulting services were up over 210% from the previous year and sales of additional training services grew by 42%.
