VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. Reaches Out to Communities Devastated by Katrina

Louisiana schools receive help and support to rebuild

ALBANY, N.Y. (Oct. 11, 2005) - VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. announced today that it will assist their customers in Orleans, St. Bernard and Jefferson Parishes with two days of complimentary services and support to be determined by the specific needs in those communities. Additionally, VersaTrans has suspended support fees for affected schools until they are operational with the software again.

In Jefferson Parish, laptops installed with VersaTrans e-Link software have been set up in sites around the community to help parents register their children for school. VersaTrans' Technical Support staff is available via the telephone and the Internet to simplify this process. In Louisiana's Federal Disaster areas hit by Hurricane Katrina, VersaTrans believes customers will be able to use their mapping technology to establish new bus routes where bus stops and roads will surely have changed or are non-existent.

"We want to be there to help these parishes with whatever they uncover once the flood waters have receded, "said Douglas Hamlin, President and CEO of VersaTrans. "This is our small way of helping the children in Louisiana get back to school."

VersaTrans also got the ball rolling on a blood drive held in their office park on October 7th. Some 3,500 employees in the park had the opportunity to participate.
