BESI Acquires Carolina Coastal

HAMILTON, Ohio (March 1, 2006) -- Besi, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Coastal Carolina Seating from the Mirror Lite Company. Coastal Carolina's product line is very similar to that of BESI, Inc. BESI has agreed to continue servicing all of the Coastal Carolina customer accounts, utilizing the resources and capabilities of all three BESI plan locations. Gerber cutting technology is used to ensure the greatest level of repeatability with patterns. Other resources located within the BESI plants include an RF (Radio Frequency) sealer and CNC router.
