Company posts the best second quarter sales in its history

ALBANY, N.Y. (April 12, 2005) - VersaTrans Solutions continued to break sales records during the second quarter of its annual fiscal year. On the heels of a very successful first quarter in which sales broke all first quarter records by 33%, the company's focused and hard working sales team delivered even greater achievements during the second quarter.

The company's second quarter combined sales shattered all previous second quarter records by 51%, bringing record revenue levels. The company also posted records in the number of new clients on its flagship routing and planning offering, VersaTrans RP, as well as record sales in other product offerings, including VersaTrans FleetVision, VersaTrans TripTracker, VersaTrans e-Link, and VersaTrans SIF Agent. Sales of consulting, training, and implementation services also broke all previous second quarter records.
