Honeywell Security Receives Telly Award for Rapid Eye Video

SYOSSET, N.Y., May 22, 2006 - Honeywell (NYSE: HON) announced today that Honeywell Securitywas awarded a prestigious Telly Award in the 27th Annual Telly Award competition.

Founded in 1978, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. A widely known and highly respected national and international competition, the Telly Awards received over 12,000 entries this year. Honeywell Security received a Silver Telly award, the highest honor, for our Rapid EyeT video.

In the Rapid Eye video, a business owner explains how Rapid Eye helped him better manage his operations. The video reviews a variety of features from the point-of-sale interface to the ability to record and e-mail a video clip of an alarm event.
