As an ISV Software Solutions partner, Mentor has access to internal-use software licenses, a Microsoft Developers Network (MSDN) subscription with news on developing trends, and an ISV advisory service that offers development advice.

As well, the Response Management through Partner (RMtP) resource allows Mentor to escalate Microsoft-related product problems directly to Microsoft and enter and track issues for quicker issue resolution.
