Transfinder Announces New
Fleet Management Software

SCHENECTADY, NY - Transfinder has released a new fleet management software package for school transportation departments, Transfinder fm. It provides Windows-based parts inventory, work order, shop staff scheduling, and garage expense analysis. Transfinder fm can either be run standalone or integrated with their Transfinder Pro routing system or with routing software from many other vendors.

Transfinder fm helps school district transportation departments to keep kids safe with on-time maintenance. It also saves districts money; Transfinder asset management tracks parts information, location and inventory so districts only order the parts they need, and it makes it easier to determine which repairs are covered by warranties.

An early user, Humberto Araiza, the Transportation Coordinator for the Eagle Pass Independent School District in Eagle Pass , Texas said, "Transfinder's FM integrates well with our Transfinder Pro which we use for bus routing. FM can be used even with just basic computer knowledge - it is easy to set up and user- friendly to operate.
