Atlantic Truck Center purchases Commercial Vehicles of South Florida

HIGH POINT, N.C. - Thomas Built Buses has added a new dealer in Florida.
Atlantic Truck Center of Fort Lauderdale recently purchased several Commercial Vehicles of South Florida dealerships. The acquisition will allow Atlantic to serve Thomas customers with dealerships in Miami, West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

"The new owners and management team have provided an additional level of support and investment which will allow us to accomplish many great things," said Joe Puff, chief operating officer of Atlantic Truck Center. "The company is led by an experienced, customer-focused management team that intends to add value for our customers in South Florida." Skip Maas, the dealer principal, has more than 30 years experience in the industry and has ownership interest in ten dealerships in the U.S.
