Doug Lollar and Tim Miller Join Blue Bird Corporation as Regional Sales Managers

FORT VALLEY, Ga. (Aug. 15, 2007) – Bill Danner, Director-Dealer Sales-School & Activity Bus, has announced the naming of Doug Lollar and Tim Miller to Regional Sales Manager posts within the Blue Bird School Bus Sales organization. “Doug and Tim bring the professional sales experience, high energy, drive, and expertise required for growing the business through our dealer partners in their defined regions”, Mr. Danner offered regarding the appointments.

Doug Lollar has been appointed as Regional Sales Manager for Blue Bird’s Western Region. In his new role, Doug will be responsible for Blue Bird sales and dealer support within the states of California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Wyoming and Alaska.

Doug Lollar’s recent experience includes positions with Shell Oil Products U. S. Consumer Automotive where he served as Distributor Market Manager, SOPUS Lubricants as Area Manager and Associate Regional Manager with the Valvoline Division of Ashland Oil. At Shell Oil, Doug increased market penetration in the automotive segment and worked extensively with his peer group on customer product training. At the Valvoline Company, Doug’s double digit sales increases earned him Salesman of the Year award during two consecutive years. Doug holds a B.S., Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Trainer in Negotiative and Consultative Selling. Doug resides in Gilbert, AZ with his wife Heidi and daughters Madeline and Emily.

Tim Miller has been appointed as Regional Sales Manager for Blue Bird’s Northeast Region. In his new role, Tim will be responsible for Blue Bird sales and dealer support within the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Tim’s 25 years of professional sales experience includes sales positions with Albany Truck Sales, Tracey Road Equipment, Freightliner, Kenworth and Mack Trucks. Tim has an impressive record of achievements with the above firms including generating the largest volume of new business, achieving the highest sales volume by district throughout the Eastern U.S. and Canada, and being selected National Sales Champion for presentation skills throughout North America. Tim has an M.A. in Strategic Communications and Leadership from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ, a B.S. in Business Economics from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, and is a graduate of Paccar Institute for Managerial Leadership in Seattle, WA. Tim resides in Albany, NY with his wife Rose and sons Maxwell and Weston.
