LATHAM, NY (August 20, 2007) - Peter Ardell of Colonie, New York was recently promoted to Account Representative II at VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. In this role, Mr. Ardell is responsible for selling VersaTrans' newly released product, VersaTrans RP Limited Edition, to school districts with less than 2,000 students in the Northeast and Midwest territories. Previously, Mr. Ardell worked as a Sales Associate for VersaTrans Solutions for seven months.

Mark Strube of Troy, New York has accepted a new role as an Account Representative II. In this inside sales position, Mr. Strube will be responsible for selling VersaTrans RP Limited Edition in the Southeast, Northwest and Southwest territories. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Strube worked as a Technical Support
Specialist fo VersaTrans Solutions for over two years.

Both sales positions were created as a result of the upcoming release of VersaTrans RP Limited Edition, which is a version of VersaTrans RP that is designed to fit the routing needs and budgets of school districts with limited enrollment. This exclusive software solution will be made available in September 2007.
