VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. Welcomes New Personnel

ALBANY, N.Y. (Aug. 29, 2007) - VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. continues its expansion with the announcement of two newly-hired personnel in the Development department.

Frank Bishop

Frank Bishop of Nassau, New York hasaccepted the position of Software Engineer II. His responsibilities in this role include designing, developing, documenting and testing software applications. Previously, Mr. Bishop worked for Applied Underwriters Insurance developing Microsoft .Net applications. He has two bachelor degrees in engineering from SUNY College of Technology and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

David Krings of Schenectady, New York is VersaTrans Solutions' newest QA Specialist. In his new role, Mr. Krings is responsible for the testing, documentation, and demonstration of software modules,

systems, and programs. Prior to his employment at VersaTrans, Mr. Krings worked for the Research Foundation of State University of New York as a technical writer and for Ingersoll Rand for several years in the areas of software support and quality assurance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Communication Technology from the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, Germany. Mr. Krings also has a Master of Science in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University.
