InterMotive Launches Product Training Via the Internet

COLFAX, Calif. (Sept. 6, 2007) -- InterMotive has launched free, web-based training for its products and services. They are offering live interactive classes for bus manufacturers, dealers, fleets, mobility dealers, and transit agencies. For customers who cannot attend the live training, classes will be recorded and posted on the company’s website for viewing 24/7.

Initially, the classes are focusing on product installation, operation, and diagnostics. Future classes will include more products, selling tips, and new product launch information. Using this web technology will allow InterMotive to get the most up-to-date information, to more customers, faster and more efficiently. It will also provide around-clock access to product training.

In the near future, InterMotive plans to migrate part of their Basic Small Bus Electrical and Small Bus Electronics classes to this live, web-based format. The revision to the curriculum will allow the lecture portion of the class to be done over the internet and provide more time for hands-on labs during the on-site portion of the training.
