Company Announces Purchase of Select Assets from Les Entreprises Michel Corbeil

SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. (Sept. 28, 2007) — Collins Industries, a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles in the United States, announced today the purchase of select assets from Les Entreprises Michel Corbeil Inc.

“I’m please to announce the purchase of select assets from Les Entreprises Michel Corbeil Inc. This purchase will give our bus division a significant platform to continue our growth in the Type-A bus market,” stated Randall Swift, President/CEO of Collins Industries, Inc.

Company officials plan to continue to market the Corbeil brand name throughout the northeastern United States and Canada through dealer and national account relationships.
