ALANY, N.Y. – (Oct. 18, 2007) — VersaTrans Solutions Incorporated, the leading supplier of software, services and support in the school transportation and planning market experienced another year of steady growth for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2007. In a year where VersaTrans Solutions signed the most new clients in its history, the company also exceeded sales goals in all four quarters.

Following the successful first, second and third quarters, VersaTrans Solutions’ fourth quarter results bested projections by 16%, leading to achievement of 118% of total sales projections for the year overall.
