In a continuing effort to market and service the Collins Bus Corporation
brand names throughout the northeastern United States and Canada, Collins
Bus Corporation has partnered with two of the top dealers in New York.

"We are excited to announce that all of the Collins Bus Corporation products
(Collins Bus, Corbeil, and Mid Bus) will be marketed through two of the best
dealers in New York; Gorman Enterprises in western and upstate New York, and
Factory Direct Bus Sales in the Southern counties including New York City,"
stated Kent Tyler, President of Collins Bus Corporation. "We saw the need
to not only maintain the Corbeil brand and loyal customer base that would
potentially have been left with no company to support the existing products,
but to also offer the Collins Bus and Mid Bus brands through respected and
dedicated outlets."

These two New York dealers will also handle any existing warranty and
aftermarket parts support for Collins Bus Corporation products, including
Corbeil.
