Everyday Wireless Acquires Tizbi Inc

Strengthens leadership position in GPS-based student transportation information solutions

CONCORD, Mass. (June 3, 2008) Everyday Wireless today announced that it has acquired Tizbi Inc, a privately held software company based in Raleigh, NC. Tizbi has been developing products for K-12 school districts since 2003. The transaction is valued at five million dollars.

“Tizbi has deep domain expertise in automating student transportation information" says Carol Stamper, Executive Director CMS Transportation for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools - NC. “For over four years, they have been a reliable solution provider to our district”.

The Tizbi acquisition enables Everyday Wireless to scale their organization to better address the North American market for GPS-based Student Transportation Information solutions. “This acquisition will empower our customers to get the maximum benefit from their GPS hardware investment,” says Jay Wurts, President and CEO of Everyday Wireless. “We have been working together with Tizbi on sales opportunities for the last year, so integration of the two companies will be quick and seamless”.
