Governing School Bus Safety in Connecticut
The following is a compilation of the statutes, rules and regulations governing the school transportation program in the state of Connecticut. These provisions are found in the Connecticut Motor Vehicle Laws and the Connecticut Motor Vehicle Regulations. Anyone interested in the actual language of any reference, or for an interpretation of the reference, should call the state director of school transportation in the Commercial Vehicle Safety Division of the Connecticut Dept. of Motor Vehicles at 203/528-6565.
CONNECTICUT MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS
Title 1414-272a. Carrying of children in pick-up trucks or open-bed vehicles. Restrictions. 14-273.
